Western Baptist College, nestled on 100 acres of forested hillside overlooking Oregon's capital city of Salem, offers a rich environment for academic and personal growth. They are located less than 10 minutes from shopping, recreational activities, and an hour from the Cascade Mountains or the Oregon Coast.

Understandably, Western has a strong Ministry Department offering majors in: Biblical Studies; Intercultural Studies (Missions); Pastoral Ministry; Women's Ministry and Youth Ministry as well as the Bachelor of Arts in Theology and a 1-year Bible Certificate. In all, WBC has 11 Academic Departments.

Salem is in Marion County and has an enrollment of about 725.

Athletic scholarships are given in basketball, baseball and other sports. Student housing is available for 358.
