This campground is at the south end of Hyatt Lake, which has good fishing. A swimming beach and marina are nearby. The Pacific Crest National Scenic Trail passes right by the camp entrance. There are 10 tent sites and 36 sites for RVs up to 35 feet.

It is open April 26 through October, weather permitting and no reservations are accepted. Picnic tables and fire grills are provided. Nearby are piped water, showers, toilets, dump, and a boat ramp. Leashed pets are permitted. Contact Bureau of Land Management (BLM) for info.

To reach Hyatt Lake from Ashland, take Hwy 66 16 miles east to East Hyatt Lk Rd, then four miles north. Turn left into the campground.
