The Grotto is a 62-acre Catholic shrine and botanical garden administered by the Friars of the Order of the Servants of Mary, and located near downtown and the Portland International Airport. They offer a special outdoor mass each Sunday at noon throughout the summer. A special St. Peregrine Mass is also offered on the first Saturday of each month for those suffering from cancer, AIDS, serious illness or incurable disease. The Conference Center provides a unique setting for retreats, workshops, seminars, conferences, meetings, receptions and banquets.
