PORK LOIN - Niman ranch bone-in pork loin, spit roasted and served with chile smashed yams and grapefruit chutney.
BAKED PASTA - orecchiette tossed in a white cheddar cream sauce with pulled chicken, wild mushrooms and butternut squash.
