Special features include: Canoeing and Berry Picking. The location is on the north side of Clear Lake Road, opposite the dam on Fern Ridge Lake.

A minimally developed day use park with, vault toilets, paved roads, picnic tables, fire rings, trails and a fishing dock. No group picnic areas and no reservations.
