Malin is located in
Klamath County southeast of
Klamath Falls, between Merrill and the California border along Hwy 39. This community is also situated east of the
Cascade Mountains, positioned near the northern California lakes of Lower Klamath Lake, Tule Lake and
Clear Lake.
Malin was named for a town in Czechoslovakia.
A great deal of Outdoor Activities exist throughout the Malin area including, hiking, biking, sailing, canoeing, fishing and visiting wildlife refuges for animal and bird lovers.
