Old McKenzie Fish Hatchery raises chinook salmon and has a picnic area and visitors center overlooking the fish spawning area. Group tours of the hatchery are available with prior arrangements. The hatchery is 22 miles east of Eugene on Highway 126. A couple of miles east of Leaburg on Highway 126, across from Leaburg Lake. Facilities also include Toilets, Potable Water, Picnic Tables and Disabled Access. The major activies include Fishing.
