This small, primitive campground on the south shore of Phillips Lake has seven spaces for tents, trailers or RVs up to 20 feet. Picnic tables and fire grills are provided, but there is no piped water. Firewood and vault toilets are available and there is a boat ramp at
Southwest Shore Campground nearby. This campground is open from May to mid-November and reservations are not accepted. No fee is charged.
It is located southwest of Baker City and can be reached by taking Hwy 7 for 24 miles just past Phillips Lake, then two miles south on Hudspath Lane, then 3.5 miles southeast on USFS Rd 2220 to the campground entrance.
