This is a delightful 5.3 mile hike which passes through a mixed conifer forest with stands of old-growth Douglas fir. Visitors have the opportunity to picnic or fish for brook trout. Huckleberries are abundant on the upper part of the trail. The Middle South Fork Trail is an excellent hike for the entire family!
