The mission of the Mt Angel Fire Department is to protect lives, property and the environment through emergency safety services. This is accomplished through fire prevention and suppression, public education, hazardous materials incident mitigation, emergency medical services and disaster management. These services are provided to the highest possible level within the resources allocated by its governing body.
