The Mule Mountain Trail accesses the hillsides above the Applegate Valley around the ridges of the Siskiyou Mounains. In the spring, visitors will have the opportunity to view a magnificent display of wildflowers including shooting stars, larkspur, buttercups, and dwarf star tulips. The trail is open to hikers, horses, and mountain bikers. For more information and directions, contact the Applegate Ranger District.
