The Portland Art Museum Northwest Film Center is a regional media arts resource and service organization founded to encourage the study, appreciation and utilization of the moving image arts, foster their artistic and professional excellence, and help a climae in which they can flourish. During February, the center organizes the Portland International Film Festival, with more than 100 films from 30 countries.
