Panther Creek Cellars, founded in 1986, is located in McMinnville's historic original power plant. Pinot noir, Melon and Chardonnay are Panther Creek specialties. Attention to detail and minimal intervention are the hallmarks of the winemaking philosophy. The winery is open to the public over Memorial Day and Thanksgiving holidays, and by appointment.
