Eastmoreland |
Eastmoreland was developed at the same time that the distinctive Tudor Gothic buildings of Reed College were being built, just before World War I. The main boulevard is Reed College Place. Eastmoreland remains enclave of wealthy residents in Southeast Portland, bounded on the north by the Reed campus, on the east by SE 39th, on the west by Eastmoreland Golf Course and on the south by a small creek. There is no commerce within the district.
