Wagner Community Library, serving an area of 1,200 residents, has a collection of 14,000 books and periodicals. Internet terminals are available for use by the general public. Staffing consists of one employee, including one fully accredited librarian, plus volunteers. Annual expenditures on the library collection total $3,300. Patrons make 6,600 visits annually, and check out materials 11,000 times. Twenty-eight percent of all check-outs are children's materials.
