Italian Riviera Restaurant and Piano Bar serves Riviera special pizza without tomato sauce (combination of roasted garlic, olive oil, sautéed chicken breast, sun-dried tomatoes, red onions, feta, and mozzarella cheese), Mediterranean garlic prawn pasta, and chicken breast marsala. Antipasti such as garlic bread, calamari, roasted garlic with soft goat cheese, and new world classics such as garlic tenderloin filet, tender moist sole stuffed with crab and baby shrimp are included in the menu.
