Richland

Richland is located east of Baker City along Hwy 86 near the Wallowa-Whitman National Forest, Hells Canyon and the mighty Snake River. This tiny Baker County town in Eastern Oregon was named by W. R. Usher for the richness of the soil in the area.

The population of Richland is approximately 161. The approximate number of families is 97.
