
The Riptide offers BBQ from three distinct regions of the country, south east, mid west, and Texas. The pulled pork recipe is classic Carolina, and Georgia style. Slow smoked over Alder, then pulled after 12 hours of cooking. Ribs are dry-rubbed, aged then kissed with Kickin’ Apple mop similar to the St. Louis style. The brisket is dry rubbed with the Cascade rub then smoked over the BBQ pit. This is pure Texas style. Dine-in; take-out or delivered, meats can be purchased by the sandwich, meal or the pound.
