Our spacious (approx. 2000 square feet) Seaside home is only 2 1/2 blocks
to the beach. Broadway ( Seaside s main drag ) is 9 short blocks North
and is full of shops, restaurants, and kid stuff --the arcade, bumper cars,
Fascination, miniature golf, etc.
The house includes 3 bedrooms (one has a queen-sized bed and a crib, the second,
a queen and a double, and the third, a double and a twin) plus a study with
a double-sized sleeper sofa. There are two sofas in the large living room
along with a TV/VCR and fireplace/woodstove. The house also includes a roomy,
fully equipped kitchen, a spacious dining room, sun room, and 2 full baths.
A fenced backyard is also available.
It is a charming house with knotty pine paneling throughout most of the
first floor and the upstairs hallway. Other features include two window seats,
French doors to the study and shuttered windows in the living room.
