On the edge of the high desert and just west of Redmond, Sisters is the major recreational crossroads of Highway 20, 242 and , 242 and [126], connecting the [zwillvly] and [zcentral].Incorporated April, 1946, this charming little town has a population of 1,430. The snow-capped [threesis] Peaks, originally called Faith, Hope and Charity, form a backdrop for Sisters and the [deschunf]. Wooden sidewalks and facades provide a frontier town flavor. Sisters' commercial district has developed an 1880's western town with many unique shops, galleries and eating establishments. This little town hosts over 300 business licenses.
