South Santiam Fish Hatchery is situated below Foster Dam Reservoir, beside the S. Santiam River. The facility rears both spring chinook and summer steelhead.
From Hwy 20 five miles east of Sweek Home, turn onto Foster Dam Rd, cross Foster Dam, turn left on River Rd, and take the first road on the left to enter hatchery.
