The transformation of quality grapes into fine wine requires a dedicated winemaker; ours tends toward obsession. St.Innocent strives to produce wines that compliment food. We produce Pinotnoir, barrel-fermented Chardonnay, and an aged "methode-champenoise" sparkling wine. We strongly believe that fine quality wines are produced in the vineyard and work closely with growers with outstanding sites. A selection of the wines will receive vineyard designation. VISITORS WELCOMED: Memorial Day and Thaksgiving Weekends, all other times, by appointment .
