Tolovana Park is the southern district of the city of Cannon Beach and has resorts and restaurants. Tolovana Beach Wayside is a good place to park and walk to Haystack Rock. The main thoroughfare running through Cannon Beach and Tolovana Park is Hemlock Street. A free shuttle runs daily (through September) from Tolovana Park to Les Shirley Park north of downtown Cannon Beach, and continues to Seaside for a fare of $1.00.
