On Phillips Lake in the
Wallowa-Whitman National Forest 20 miles SW of Baker City. There are 58 sites for tents, trailers, or RVs up to 32 feet, with electricity, piped water, sewer hookups, picnic tables, flush toilets, firewood, and ice. There is a concession stand for fishing tackle. Some wheelchair accessible. Nearby boat docks/launching. Leashed pets permitted. No reservations. Open mid-April to mid-Nov.
