Built by George Holt to fulfill a courtship promise to his fiancee Madame Jeanne De Reboam. The Hotel's first guests were President Rutherford B. Hayes and party. A portion of the ground floor serves the historically recreated branch of U.S. Bank of Oregon.

Museum window exhibits on 3rd Street side. Located on 3rd and California streets.
