Waterloo Oregon |
This tiny town in Linn County is located on the banks of the South Santiam River. Waterloo is located 5 miles southeast of Lebanon along Highway 20.
Originally called Kers Mill after an early pioneer, it was later changed to Waterloo. According to some, this was the result of the great "battles" of litigation that were fought over property rights to the area. The population is approximatley 190.
There is also a Waterloo, New York.
