White River Falls State Park
|---|
Located along Hwy 216 just east of Tygh Valley, the park offers excellent viewpoints of the White River falls, which plunge over 90 ft. A trail leads hikers down deep within a canyon to an historic hydroelectric power plant, which supplied electricity to Wasco and Sherman Counties until 1960. White River Falls State Park is a popular site for picnics, hiking, and fishing.
