On this 5,235-acre preserve, large concentrations of Canada geese, including rare dusky Canada geese, are supported. The refuge features over 200 species of wildlife and numerous observation sites. Hunting and fishing are allowed. Public access is limited between November 1 and April 15. Drive south from Corvallis on Highway 99W about 10 miles to entrance sign on west side of road. Turn west and follow signs about 4 miles to reach the refuge office.
