Bellefonte is home to approximately 6,000 residents. The community features one of the most exqisite Victorian downtowns in the U.S. Bellefonte was named for an enormous spring, which puts out as much as 13.5-million gallons of water a day. Bellefonte is located in Centre County just north of State College along Highway 150 near Bald Eagle Creek and Foster Joseph Sayers Lake. Bellefonte is part of the State College, Pennsylvania metro area.
