Bloomsburg is located in Columbia County, of which it is the county seat, and holds the distinction of being the only incorporated town in Pennsylvania. It is situated between Danville and Berwick along Highway 11 on the banks of the Susquehannah River. The town is the home of Bloomsburg University Of Pennsylvania.
