Clarion

Clarion is located in Clarion County, of which it is the county seat, between Franklin and Brookville along US Highway 322 on the banks of the Clarion River. Home of the Clarion University Of Pennsylvania.

The population estimate for July 1, 1998 was 6,436, a decrease of 21 since 1990.
