Trinacria Ristorante Italiano offers private dining rooms that can accommodate 10 to 60 persons for lunch and dinner. It is a venue for corporate functions. The lunch menu consists of baked tomatoes stuffed with asparagus, crab meat, and shrimp, marinated and grilled chicken over Caesar salad, penne sautéed with sausage, broccoli rabe and tomato, as well as chicken breast franchaise topped with eggplant and mozzarella cheese. The dinner menu includes arugola salad tossed with smoked salmon and eggplant Siciliana in olive oil, calamari filled with shrimp, scallops baked in a pinot grigiio, tomato and olive sauce, toasted walnut and truffle tagliolini, white and black truffle in champagne cream sauce, charbroiled lamb chops with baked fennel mint and sherry sauce. Home made pasta, veal dishes, fish and desserts are among the specialties. The wine list features fine wines from Italy, France and U.S. A party menu and Valentines menu are also available.
