Creperie Beaumonde Restaurant serves crepes that are imported from flat round, cast-iron crepe griddles. There are two kinds of crepes or krampouz from Brittany: ble noir are savory crepes made with buckwheat flour; and froment are sweet crepes made with wheat flour.
