Linvilla Orchards is one of the last working farms in the Delaware Valley. It encompasses more than 300 acres of land devoted to farming, entertainment, education, and recreation. For over 80 years, the Linvill family has been growing and selling fruits and vegetables at the farm with the octagonal barn. The 100-year-old antique barn serves as a market and gift shop. The Linvills want children to realize that apples and peaches grow on trees, that strawberries grow on the ground, and what it's like to pick your own fruit! They can see how big horses are, hear the noises that chickens, pigs, and all of our farm animals make, or see the farm on a hayride! Or have your Birthday Party at the Orchard! Several different farm tours are offered, not to mention the swim club in the summertime, and pumpkinland in the fall.
