Pioneer Park Campground

Pioneer Park is a beautiful 200-acre recreational area nestled at the foot of the scenic Laurel Ridge Mountains. Nearby attractions include white-water rafting, Seven Springs Mountain Resort, Fort Ligonier, Idlewild Amusement Park and Soak Zone, Fallingwater, Laurel Caverns, and shopping outlets. Activities range from swimming, basketball and tennis courts, shuffleboard, miniature golf, horseshoes, volleyball, treasure hunts to paddleboat races. The large manicured grass-covered campsites has fifty acres of spring-fed lakes. Three of the lakes are stocked twice a week with all species of trout and attract fishermen from all over. The fourth lake is used for paddle boating and children's fishing. The campground has a complete grocery store with camping and fishing supplies, ice and fire wood, laundromat, game room, recreation hall, restrooms and bath houses and trailer storage.
