Situated in a 13 acre park, this capital covers more than 2 acres and contains 600 rooms. The building features a 272 foot dome, mural paintings and stained glass windows. The magnificnet marble grand staircase is designed after the one in the Paris Grand Opera House. The building also features statues by the Pennsylvania born sculpter George Grey Barnard and a welcome center with several exhibits.
