Housed in the 1860 former office of the D&H Canal Co. Exhibits include Movin' Energy -- The History of the Delaware & Hudson Canal Co. 1828-98, which features a life-size replica of the first commercial steam engine and the Stourbridge Lion. Other exhibitions include Faces in Clay -- Native Americans of the Upper Delaware, which includes a 3,400-piece archaeology collection and changing displays about the history of Wayne County. A research library is also included at the site. Open Monday and Wednesday-Saturday 10am-4pm, Sunday noon-5pm, June-September; Monday, Wednesday & Friday 1-4pm, Saturday 10am-4pm, October-December and March-May.
