The Greenhills Village retirement and assisted living residence is a personal care home offering hospice and personal care services to aid elderly persons to live as independently as possible in a secure, comfortable, and home-like atmosphere. It is a non institutionalized environment. All bedrooms are provided with private bathrooms and individually-controlled thermostat. Features include open kitchen, laundry facility, fire sprinkler system, and activity programs to enhance socialization and recreation. They provide personal care services such as three nutritious meals per day, securing transportation, linen change, scheduling of medical appointments, and access to community services. Other services available for additional fee are telephone, cable TV, and physical and occupational therapy.
