dining experience, El Catador Wine Cellar is the perfect hideout
to enjoy a memorable lunch or dinner with your closer
acquaintances. A cozy ambiance and decor reminiscent of a
local turn of the century's mansion's wine cellar is carefully
displayed to host exclusive parties for up to eight people.
El Catador's exquisite seven-course menu fuses traditional
delicacies like foie gras and baby lamb chops, with Caribbean
ingredients such as mango and pearl pasta. The cellar is open
daily from 630pm-900pm and features a unique selection of top
wines from France, California and Italy, among other select
choices.
