Located in the restored Old San Juan Ballaja barracks, this museum offers an overview of cultural, development in the New World. It features changing exhibitions, archaeological finds of the Ballaja area and Latin American/Caribbean crafts exhibits. Open 10am-4pm Tuesday to Friday. 11am-5pm weekends. Admission: free.
