Mar's newest restaurant offers an array of appetizers, soups,
salads and entrees from China, Vietnam, Mongolia, Hong Kong,
Indonesia and Japan among other exotic locations. The chef's
specialties include the Teritaki BBQ Glazed Ahi Tuna, Mr. Lee's
Jasmine Smoked Duck Breast, and a taste of the Far East, an
assortment of Japanese appetizers. A varied sushi menu,
delicious desserts and the traditional sake (rice wine)
complement the restaurant's exquisite menu. Shimas is open
daily from 600pm-1030pm.
