Cathedral of Saints Peter and Paul is located on Cathedral Square in Providence. The structure was originally built in 1889 on the site of the first Roman Catholic church in Providence, established in 1838. The site was renovated between 1968 and 1972, and features a Cassavant organ with 6,330 pipes and European stained-glass windows. Open: Mon-Sat, 7 am - 5 pm, Sundays, 8 am - 8 pm.
