The Almondy is an 1890's Victorian bed and breakfast inn, located in the gas-lit Historic Hill district of Newport. It is listed on the National Registry of Historic Buildings. The inn has five guestrooms and suites decorated with period antiques. The rooms feature king or queen beds, and private bathrooms with Jacuzzi bath. Most rooms have bay views and some are with a bedside fireplace. One-bedroom suites have a separate living room. Amenities include cable TV, VCR, CD player, telephone/data-port, central air-conditioning, and bath robes. Morning in-room coffee service is available on request.
