Greenvale Vineyards, in Portsmouth, RI, is a family-operated Victorian farm listed on both the Rhode Island and National Registers of Historic Places. Our newly restored Stable/Tasting Room was designed by Boston architect John Hubbard Sturgis and was built in 1863. Our goal is to maintain this cultural resource in a productive and meaningful way. We currently produce 3,500 cases of award-winning wines: Chardonnay, Vidal Blanc, Cabernet Franc, and Skipping Stone White (a delicious blend of Cayuga and Vidal Blanc grapes). We are dedicated to fine wines, historic preservation, and open space. We are open 10 am-5 pm, Mon through Sat, and noon-5 pm on Sun. Tours of the vineyard are given daily at 2 pm. Come visit and taste our delicious wine.
