John Brown House Museum |
This home, built in 1786 by the wealthy China trade merchant John Brown, is a restored three-story Georgian-style, furnished with fine examples of Colonial antiques, decorative arts and pewter and silver collections.
Guided tours are available Tuesday-Sunday, March through December; by appointment rest of year. Holiday hours may vary; phone ahead.
