Newport Art Museum

Housed in 3 buildings on a 2-acre campus the musuem has exhibitions, lectures, concerts, special events, an art school, and two shops. The collections include works by nineteenth century artists such as Winslow Homer, Fitz Hugh Lane, George Inness, John Frederick Kensett, William Trost Richards, and Julia Overing Boit. Contemporary artists represented in the collection include Dale Chihuly, Fairfield Porter, and Sigmund Albeles.
