Owner and Chief Chef Haruki Kibe, who previously worked in Manhattan, New York, founded Haruki Japanese Restaurant in 1987 in Cranston, Rhode Island.
Inside the restaurant there is a capacity of 90 seats, with an additional 16 seats at the sushi bar and 10 seats in the Tatami Room.
