The King George IV Inn is house in the historic Freneau House, circa 1790. The home is a four-story Federal-style house with three levels of lovely side porches. The home features the original hardwood floors, oriental rugs, decorative fireplaces, ten-foot ceilings with plaster ceiling moldings and antiques. Guests also offer off-street parking. Guests may also enjoy a continental-plus breakfast daily. Guests of the inn are just one minute from King Street and five minutes from the historic market. Reservations are taken daily from 8:00 a.m. until 10:00 p.m.
