"We are organized to exhibit motorcycles and historic information of the motorcycling sport with special emphasis on the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally and those who have dedicated much of their lives toward our wonderful sport of motorcycling."

The Sturgis Motorcycles Museum & Hall of Fame, Inc. opened its doors on June 1, 2001. The City of Sturgis graciously donated the old Post Office, and after much remodeling, The Museum moved to its present location at the corner of Main and Juction in June of 2002.

Sturgis Motorcycle Rally Sturgis SD August5-11 Since 1938, Sturgis has welcomed motorcycle enthusiasts from across the United States and around the world to the annual Motorcycle Rally. Based out of this small community in the northern Black Hills, the Rally officially runs for seven days every August.
