It has showers with continuous hot water, individual stalls with private dressing rooms, toilets, 40 full RV hook-ups, 22 electric only spaces, port-a-lets in remote areas, flat, grassy and shady creek bottom areas for tents and campers who do not require hookups, picnic tables, over 4300 sq ft indoor for group reception or event, 1400 sq ft of covered patio, dump station for self-contained units, and a loading ramp.
